What types of First Aid Courses do you offer?
We provide a range of first aid training courses, including:
- Emergency First Aid at Work (EFAW) 1 day
- First Aid at Work (FAW) 3 days
- First Aid at Work Re-certification 2 days
- Yearly refresher course 4 hours.
- Bespoke courses for specific industries
Who can attend the courses?
Our courses are designed for individuals of all backgrounds, whether you're an employee, an employer, or simply someone eager to learn life-saving skills. No prior experience is needed!
Will I receive a certificate?
Yes, upon successful completion of the course, participants will receive a certificate, valid for 3 years (depending on the course type).
Where are your courses held?
We offer all our courses in your workplace to make it more accessible to staff and reduce costs of room hire and travel.
What facilities do I need to hold a course in my workplace?
The space needs to be large enough to accommodate the amount of staff attending the course to sit and to carry out practical assessments on the floor. The floor space will need to be large enough to fit a yoga mat per attendee. There is a presentation with each course so space for a projector or screen to connect a laptop to is essential.
What if my business is not suitable to hold the course?
We can provide details of local training facilities and organise a suitable venue to your needs including refreshments if desired.
How do I book a course?

What should I wear or bring to the training session?

How many people can attend a training session?
This depends on the course. For most sessions, we accommodate groups of up to 12 participants to ensure personalised attention and hands-on practice.
Are your trainers qualified?
Yes, all our trainers are qualified and registered nurses. Most are still working in front line roles in the NHS. All our trainers are Advanced Life support Providers and have teaching qualifications
